Brixton Survey Chore Coat
Brixton Survey Chore Coat in Washed Copper. With its classic workwear colouring and its utilitarian purpose, this 100% recycled Chore Coat boasts a premium-grade construction composed of cotton and polyelastane. Styled to a relaxed fitting with a stretch-twill finish and a trans-seasonal DWR coating for increased versatility regardless of setting, this long-sleeve work jacket features adjustable cuffs, a reinforced hemline and a full-length snap-closure placket that stems from its traditionally-styled pointed cord-collar neckline. Reinforced bartack stitching complements all high-stress areas with increased structural support, whilst the two oversized above-waist pockets are mirrored by a single left-chest pocket and a concealed interior right-side pocket for quick-and-easy storage. Signed off with the brand’s embroidered ‘Brixton’ brand tab for a clean-lined sign off that honours the brand’s ode to quality craftsmanship.
A brand firmly rooted in ‘90s punk-scene aesthetics and celebrated notions of cross-cultural connectedness, Brixton is a brand that remains a firm favourite here at Flatspot regardless of season. Launched in 2004 and inspired by British punk band ‘The Clash’, co-founder and former TransWorld Magazine employee David Stoddard continues to direct the brand towards its honoured ‘highlight everyone, exclude none’ ethos.
